When you choose to receive digital copies of your photo booth session via SMS, you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number to the photo booth kiosk or our booth attendant. This is entirely optional — you are not required to provide your number to use the photo booth.
Images are captured by our photo booth equipment during your session at the event. Photos are taken with your participation and knowledge at a live event.

Your phone number will never be used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes of any kind. We will not send you unsolicited messages. We will not contact you after the event beyond the delivery of your photos and, if applicable, a final event album link.
Images taken at our photo booth events may be used by Rahaman Events Co. for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media accounts, and promotional materials.
This is an opt-out practice. If you do not wish for your images to be used for marketing purposes, please contact us at info@rahamaneventsco.com or 929-274-4714 and we will honor your request promptly.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your phone number with any third party for any reason. Your mobile number is not shared with the event organizer, any partner, advertiser, or any other entity. It is held solely by Rahaman Events Co. and used exclusively to deliver the photo content described in this policy.
Phone numbers collected through our photo booth service are not retained beyond the period necessary to deliver your photos and, if applicable, a final event album message. Once delivery is complete, your number is not stored in any active marketing or contact database.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Your phone number is not stored in publicly accessible systems.
